But if you're in the bios, you can simply set the "primary boot sequence" to have your cd/dvd drive first, and then your hard drive (or ssd). you can also put a usb key drive in the front of both. that's really what you should always have and want anyway, so that you can simply boot from usb or cd if you want merely by inserting one..
